Three Ingredient Pizza Dough

Mix 1 cup self-rising flour, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning and enough plain Pequea Valley Farm yogurt to make a shaggy dough.

Using your hands to form a shaggy dough. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.

Preheat a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet in a 475 degrees F oven.

Spread the dough into a 10-inch round on a separate floured inverted baking sheet. Top as desired. Slide onto the stone; bake about 12 minutes.
