Granola Waffles

Whisk:
2 cups flour with 2 tablespoons golden sugar,
2 teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder,
1 teaspoon baking soda’
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Whisk in 1 1/2 cups maple (or vanilla) Pequea Valley Farm yogurt, 1/2 cup water, 2 beaten eggs and 1 stick melted butter. Stir in 1 cup granola.

Cook in a buttered waffle maker until golden and crisp. (Makes about 10.)
