Combine:
1/2 cup plain Pequea Valley Farm yogurt,
1/4 cup each chopped scallions and cilantro,
1 teaspoon each lime zest (or 1 drop doTERRA lime essential oil),
1 teaspoon lime juice,
2 drops of hot sauce,
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
