Chipotle Marinade

Pulse in food processor:
1/4 cup plain Pequea Valley Farm yogurt,
1 chipotle in adobo sauce,
1 garlic clove,
the juice of 2 limes,
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin,
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Marinate 1-1/2 pounds steak or chicken, 1 to 4 hours. Wipe off the excess marinade before cooking.
