Buffalo Wings

Toss 2 pounds split chicken wings with 1 tablespoon avocado oil; season with salt and pepper.

Roast on a rack set on a rimmed baking sheet at 450 degrees F until golden, 1 hour.

Whisk 1/4 cup each plain Pequea Valley Farm yogurt and Buffalo hot sauce in a large bowl; add the wings and toss. (optional – return to broiler for a few minutes to crisp up a little bit)
